How do we get your parcel to you?

We use a door-to-door courier service for our deliveries. Delivery hours are during office hours, Monday to Friday. You do not have to sign for your parcel personally, but please make sure that there is someone to receive your order at the delivery address provided to us. If there is no-one to accept delivery of the parcel, the courier will contact you via the contact detail provided, to arrange for a different time. After three failed attempts, we will contact you directly to resolve the problem.

Also, please note that your order will take 2 - 4 working days, from date of payment, to arrive. If you live in a more remote area, delivery may take longer.

We dispatch from Johannesburg, South Africa and local deliveries will be charged at R70. Deliveries to Main Centres and Regional Areas will cost R85 and R150 respectively. If you spend at least R450 with us, your delivery will be free of charge.

There is also a collection option at checkout for customers in the Johannesburg/Pretoria areas. After you have entered your postal code, this option will become available for selection. You will then be able to collect your purchase from us at 14 Twelfth Street, Greymont, Johannesburg between 11h00 and 18h00 on weekdays.

Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse the return costs. Please select your purchases with care to avoid errors.

International Orders

Unfortunately we do not currently ship internationally.
